SEET- Students Enrichment and Enrichment of Teachers

Enrichment programmes are an effective model to encourage kids to pursue their passions, acquire new skills, and discover new interests. Indirapuram Public School believes in a well-rounded, comprehensive education that encompasses both academic and extracurricular activities. Students' self-confidence and self-esteem are boosted when they participate in enrichment activities. To promote holistic growth, the SEET team offers several enrichment programmes for both teachers and students, which help them to know:

• Their aptitude and interests
• Strengths and weaknesses of a particular interest
• Making the choice of the stream for education after class 10.
• Indian universities, their new courses, and their admission processes
• Foreign universities, their admission processes, fee structure, and availability of scholarships

We have not only offered information about international universities but also provided knowledge about viable and best career prospects in various fields for grades XI and XII. Workshops on career counseling are held for them, with information on new and promising job options in the market. Special CLAT preparation workshops are also held for our aspiring students. In addition, we also prepare our students for different examinations like NTSE, KYPY, and different Olympiads etc. For the overall development of our students, our focus is on value education, cyber safety, health and wellness.

With the same objective teacher enrichment sessions are organized in the school internal as well as from external organizations to bring professional autonomy, collaborative planning, and unique positive thinking that will impact their broader classroom experience. We believe in a continuous professional development programme to update the competencies of teachers. Various seminars focused on the different areas of teaching-learning practices, new pedagogies, integration of life skills in the classroom and everyday life, ICT in the classroom, blended learning, and 21st-century skills are organized.

Under SEET, we also conduct workshops for our parents to keep them up to date on the latest progressive changes made by CBSE. We also make our parents aware of the school’s exam policy. Life skill sessions are also arranged for them. We believe in the holistic development of our institution, which is why our didis, bhaiyas and drivers are also included in special sessions arranged for them.
